Mouse tools

Two checks that run in your browser. Nothing leaves the page.

• Polling rate checker

Move the mouse for ten seconds and see how often the browser hears from it.

• Click speed test

Clicks per second over five or ten seconds, with suspicious double presses listed.

The browser reports what it hears, not what the mouse sends, so a 4,000 or 8,000 Hz mouse can read lower here. Manufacturer rates are in the catalog.
